✿ Are your clothes brand new?

All clothes are used unless stated otherwise. Dead-stock items are “brand new” old pieces but may have imperfections. We will state obvious flaws in the description box.

✿ Why can’t I find different sizes for most of your pieces?

Sourcing vintage pieces in multiples and in different sizes is extremely difficult. Most are one of one.

✿ Where do you ship from?

Shipping from Houston, Texas via USPS.

✿ To where do you ship?

We ship to all 54 states/territories within the United States. Internationally we ship to these select countries: Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom & Vietnam. Be aware that customs tax and regulations vary by country. We are not responsible for customs import taxes and/or fees upon delivery.

✿ How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Holidays will delay processing times even further.

✿ Does my order include tracking?

All orders First Class/Ground Advantage and Priority include a tracking number. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you automatically once your order is shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox!

✿ How long does it take for my item(s) to arrive?

Please note that due to mail carrier delays it may take longer for your package to arrive.

United States: 

  - Standard shipping (no tracking): up to 15 business days.

  - USPS Priority Mail: usually arrives within 2-3 business days but can take up to 5.

  - USPS First Class/Ground Advantage Package: usually arrives within 3-5 business days but can take up to 7-10.

International: 15 up to 21 days, but due to carrier delays it may take up to 1 month. Be aware that customs tax and regulations vary by country. We are not responsible for customs import taxes and/or fees upon delivery.

✿ My order hasn’t arrived? Help!

Please note that we are not liable for lost, missing or stolen orders once shipped, nor any delivery delays by the carrier. Please contact your local post office to make a missing package claim. When placing your order, please ensure that all the details concerning the shipping address is correct. Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay and all major credit cards.

Refund Policy

✿ Do you accept returns?

All sales final. Since items are one-of-a-kind vintage, exchanges are not possible at this time.

✿ I received the wrong item!? What do I do?
If any item from your order is incorrect/missing, please email us at info@doublestruck.shop and we’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible!
